Who We Are Hiring
We are recruiting a small, elite team of specialists. We are R&D and Enterprise-GTM heavy. We are looking for:
Data & AI Engineers (The Semantic Moat)
Principal-level engineers for our Data & AI Pod. You will build the core IP of our company: the L2 Semantic Refinery. You must be an expert in GCP, Cloud Dataflow/Beam, AI/ML, and NLP. Critical specializations include Federated Learning (FL) and MLOps.
Platform & Infrastructure Engineers (The Federated Moat)
Senior specialists for our Platform & Infrastructure Pod. You will build and secure our core Compliance-by-Design architecture. You live and breathe GCP infrastructure, SRE, and security (KMS/DLP).
Enterprise GTM & Solutions Architects
Elite Enterprise Sales leaders and Solutions Architects. You are a high-trust closer who can execute a 100% Top-Down GTM motion. You must be fluent in the C-level "Risk and Efficiency" pitch and capable of navigating complex, 12-18 month sales cycles.
Compliance Leadership
We are hiring a full-time Head of Compliance / CISO. This is not a fractional role. You will own our GRC framework, lead our SOC 2 audits, and serve as a key advocate in our CISO-sold GTM motion.
